Tot voor kort bespeelde ik mijn mondharmonica's in combinatie met de excellente Shure SM57 instrumentenmicrofoon en een Kustom Sienna 16 Pro versterker. Het gebruik harmonica/microfoon 'hand held' lukte me minder goed. Met de Peavy H-5C Cherry Bomb microfoon is dit euvel opgelost. De Peavy ligt lekker in de hand dankzij de uitsparingen waarin de midden- en de ringvinger passen. De middenvinger houdt dan de microfoon probleemloos op de juiste afstand van de mond.
