The Suzuki harpmaster is a smooth harmonica with a classic look. Its airtight design ensures a quick response when you play it. This is nice during fast solos, but also when accompanying music. Suzuki has fitted these harmonicas with polished, stainless steel covers. These are attached to the ABS plastic (synthetic resin) comb. Inside the comb you will find a brass tuning plate with twenty reeds on it. The nice thing about this harmonica is that it is very versatile. Blues, rock, jazz, pop, reggae and folk are examples of musical styles in which you can use the Harpmaster. The reeds are solid, but relatively flexible. This makes it relatively easy to apply the playing technique 'bending' and perform wonderfully raw, inflected tones.

The Harpmasters are partly assembled by hand in Japan. To provide you with a perfectly tuned harmonica, tuning is done with lasers. The lasers file the reeds to exactly the right tone, so there are no small differences in tone. This example of the Harpmaster is tuned to the key of Eb (E-flat). It is mainly used for playing along with music in the key of Bb. This harmonica stands its ground when travelling, in the rehearsal room, on stage and in the studio.
