They never stop developing their technology over at Yamaha. And that's lucky for you, because they've managed to put the feel and sound of a real grand piano into the Yamaha CLP-575PE. This Polished Ebony Clavinova offers high-quality comfort, thanks to the Natural Wood X keyboard. The 88 keys are made of the best wood that has been carefully dried, and they decrease in weight as you move up the keyboard. Furthermore, the keyboard features a triple sensor per key, which registers and translates all of your playing into the correct sound response. Another feature called 'Escapement' has been built in, which emulates the 'click' of a rebounding hammer that you get when you play an acoustic piano.

Clavinova CLP-575PE: VRM technology and GP Response pedal

To really bring the piano to life, the CLP-575 makes use of Virtual Resonance Modeling technology. With this technology, internal resonance and string vibrations are authentically reproduced, which offers the pianist plenty of room for expression. Moreover, the CLP-575 is also equipped with a GP Response pedal, which offers practically the same action curve as an acoustic piano, resulting in countless subtle sound variations - which is much more than an 'on/off' operation offers. A 2x 80W amplifier is built in for reproducing your playing, and it sends the information to a 2-way speaker system. Finally, a number of rhythms and 50 piano songs (with song book included) offer musical inspiration.

That's why this digital piano contains samples from two absolute top instruments. From their own brand, Yamaha has sampled the CFX - the best concert grand the brand has to offer. Along with that, you also have the sound of the majestic Bosendorfer Imperial - an enormous concert grand with a totally different character than that of the CFX. Yamaha Extends Temporary 5-Year Guarantee on Clavinova and Modus

More than a year ago, Yamaha announced they would temporarily be extending the guarantee period of the Clavinova and the Modus models from three to five years. This offer was intended to end on March 31st of 2016, but Yamaha made it known today that they will be extending that offer for another two years. That means you have until march 31st, 2018 to take advantage of a whopping five-year guarantee when you purchase a digital piano from the Yamaha CLP or CVP series, or a Modus F02.
