So here, the concert grade Yamaha CF III grand piano is placed at your fingertips, and every note reproduced to a lushly professional standard via the built-in speaker system. And, while the P125A hasn't been overloaded with sounds, the default grand piano sound is accompanied by a comprehensive bank of different instruments as well as rhythms.
Pure Potential
As a nice addition to support piano lessons, Dual mode can be engaged to split the keyboard in two, applying the same note range and sound to each side so teachers can guide their students. In Split mode, players are able to play one instrument with their right hand and a different instrument with their left, while built-in effects including reverb and Yamaha's own Intelligent Acoustic Control further enhance the experience, and features such as Resonance and Sound Boost can be tweaked to customise the sound to taste. More teaching tools, settings and options can also be accessed when the piano is coupled with the Smart Pianist app for iOS and Android, expanding the scope of this piano even further beyond the average.
