General
This Yamaha P-45 is an ideal entry model piano with no shortage of clever functions. Just like its predecessor, the P-35, it consists of 88 weighted keys. These Graded Hammer Standard keys (GHS) are designed to have the feel of those of an acoustic upright or grand. Also, there are a variety of handy features to make practising even easier. For starters, the P-45 has the so-called 'duo mode', which splits the keyboard into two halves, so that two people can play while sitting next to each other, making it the perfect piano for teaching or learning!
The Yamaha p-45: Functions
This piano contains ten different sounds, including an electric piano, harpsichord and clavinet. You can choose from four different reverbs to add to these sounds, depending on your playing style. There is also a chorus available that will enhance the fullness of your performance. Next to that, there are ten demos for each of the different voices, as well as ten demo songs. The superior AWM Stereo Sampling sound engine makes this piano sound incredible!
Built-In Speakers
To listen to your playing, you can either use the headphone output or the Yamaha P-45's built-in speaker system, which was developed to perfectly reproduce this piano's sampled sounds. The stereo system has a capacity of 2 x 6 Watts, allowing it to fully reproduce the entire audio spectrum perfectly. Also, the Intelligent Acoustic Control system optimises the sound depending on the room you're playing in.
