General

The DS-1X is the ultimate Boss distortion pedal for the 21st century. It's a special edition of the renowned Boss stomp box you'll find on nearly any famous guitarist's pedalboard. For the DS-1X, Boss has taken 35 years of knowledge and innovation, and channelled that into an advanced digital effect pedal. A playing experience like this won't be attained with an analogue distortion! Once you've heard the inspiring and ultra-responsive sounds of the Boss DS-1X, you'll never look at a distortion pedal in the same way.

Boss DS-1X: Multi-Dimensional Processing

The DS-1X redefines the concept of a distortion stomp box, elevating it to a new level of dynamic response and clarity. Driven by new Boss Multi-Dimensional Processing (MDP) DSP technology, this pedal delivers a distortion that sounds perfect anywhere on your fingerboard, even at the highest gain settings. You'll be able to enjoy tight bass notes, fat and singing trebles, and outstanding definition, even when you play two notes at the same time.

Perfect distortion with a new look

Regardless of its settings, the DS-1X never sounds muddy or boomy. Its smooth and natural presence ensures that you'll clearly cut through the mix at all times, without shrill or nasal overtones. The Boss DS-1X delivers a perfect distortion as soon as you switch the pedal on, guaranteeing an effortless playing experience that is satisfying and inspiring at the same time. To match its fantastic new sound, the stomp box has a new look too, featuring chrome knobs, a chrome control panel and a vintage-style silver button for the battery compartment.

Boss DS-1X Distortion effect pedal

Schitterend Distortion pedaal.

Boss DS-1X Distortion effect pedal

Boss DS-1X Distortion effect pedal

Mooi geluid!

Boss DS-1X Distortion effect pedal
