When you compare JHS Pedal's Andy Timmons signature overdrive effects pedal The AT+ to the previous model, you'll notice that it has an extra boost function that essentially gives you a second channel! Because the boost comes before the overdrive, you can use it to add even more saturation and definition to your sound. The boost is completely independent so it can be used on its own as well.

JHS The AT+: not just for Andy Timmons fans

Just like the original model, The AT+ has volume, EQ and drive control knobs that already give you plenty of versatility as well as the air control knob that lets you adjust the presence and the 3-way toggle switch. The switch gives you the choice between 25, 50 and 100-watt settings. The 25-watt setting gives you the most compression and saturation with the least amount of volume. 50 watts gives you a good balance between compression and openness, while 100 watts gives you plenty of volume and open crunch with less focus. Where The AT+ differs from The AT is the addition of an extra footswitch and the boost control knob.

Great rock overdrive pedal, using it for gigging just straight into a clean amp, sounds great. Classic rock tones, lots of gain on tap.

If you are looking for a classic rock overdrive or so called Marshall in a Box with lots of dynamics, headroom and harmonics with very simple but very responding and functional controls this is definitely the one...the additional boost and wattage control switch makes everything even more versatile...the pedal is operated only by 9 or 18 V adapter (not included) and the price is acceptable compaired to the build and sound quality; in my opinion one of the few pedals that can compete with valve driven overdrives!

Super OD, plus polyvalente qu'elle n'y parait ! Attention cependant à ne pas oublier l'alimentation externe si vous n'avez pas ce qu'il faut pour votre pedalboard, 9V (ou 18V pour + de dynamique).
