General
The Tone City Blue Crystal Overdrive is designed for guitarists looking for a low-gain overdrive with maximum transparency. The pedal delivers smooth, musical tones whilst preserving the natural dynamics and frequency balance of your instrument. With intuitive controls, you can easily switch between a light overdrive and a full, mid-rich character, without losing the foundation of your guitar sound. The Blue Crystal features high-quality components, including military-grade metal-film resistors and WIMA audiophile capacitors, which, together with the gold-plated PCB, contribute to a robust and reliable build. Thanks to the true bypass circuit, your signal remains pure when the effect is switched off. In short, a hand-built pedal for the discerning player who wants every nuance of their playing to come through.
