The RMX-1000 is a complete set and combines advanced editing software with powerful hardware and VST and AU plug-ins. With this Pioneer Remix Station you can elaborately edit your beats, sounds and samples to perfection. The Pioneer RMX-1000 Remix Station has borrowed some practical elements from other Pioneer models: for example, the isolators (from the DJM-900nexus) and the effect chain function (from the EFX-1000).
The several control options have been divided into four categories which makes the Pioneer RMX-1000 Remix Station very accessible. Its lay-out consists of Scene FX, Isolator FX, X-Pad FX and Release FX. Because it has such a logical structure, it becomes easy to build a track and then intuitively add several types of effects. You can store samples and settings on an SD-card so you can get to your saved work anytime, in any place.
Pioneer offers you an extensive digital toolbox when it comes to software. The effect station includes a VST/AU plug-in that can be used with DAW software. With the Remixbox software, you can adapt the parameters and settings of the RMX1000 to your liking. For example, you can alter the Echo timing and the frequency range for the BPF filters. You can easily import the adjusted settings via an SD card.
