General
Blending digital tech with an analogue workflow, the Reloop RMX-95 club mixer is set up for serious connoisseurs as well as advanced, professional DJs. Thanks to the friendly and familiar layout, your fingers will get to know the control panel in minutes, which comes with a unique bonus, since this mixer can be MIDI-mapped so you can even control it from your DJ software. So if you're using djay PRO AI, you're treated to seamless integration as well as access to a Neural Mix function that's able to isolate beats, melodies and vocals ready for mixing. And, since the RMX-95 supports DVS, you can even mix old-school-style using timecode vinyl.
Bare Connections
The Reloop RMX-95 supplies more-than-enough connection ports. Besides CD and line inputs, phono inputs are fitted as well as two microphone inputs and an extra AUX input, and since detail is everything, the microphone channels can be adjusted individually. Both balanced and unbalanced outputs have also been lined up along the rear panel, including Booth and recording output ports. Other worthy mentionables include the two audio interface inputs that support a smooth transition between DJs, while extra external USB equipment can be hooked up via the integrated USB hub.
Surgical Sound Manipulation
Thanks to the digital architecture, most of the settings can be adjusted digitally, including the EQ frequency range, the Neural Mix EQ mode, the audio interface routing and the zone routing for the booth output. The curve of every fader can also be adjusted to complete a fully customised setup. To support scratching, the crossfader can be upgraded to the compatible contactless RMX innoFADER (not included). And, since this mixer has been designed from the ground up for club-work, it comes wrapped in a near indestructible metal housing and robust metal pot and switch shafts.
