With this DJ starter set, you're ready to play vinyl (AND hybrid) in earnest straight away: you get 2x Technics SL-1200MK7 in silver, complete with slip mats, dust covers and detachable cables, among other things. The coreless direct-drive motor runs tight and low-maintenance, with no hiccups at low speed, and you can fine-tune brake time/motor force (with option for reverse play if your cartridge supports it). At the heart of the set is the Allen & Heath Xone:PX5: 4+1 channels with phono/line/USB, club-worthy VCF filters and a digital FX section that syncs accurately, plus USB audio (24-bit/96 kHz) and MIDI clock for external gear. DO NOT BUY HTIS MIXER IF YOU INTENT TO FIT A INNOFADER PRO 2!
First off I will say this mixer sounds amazing and I love the effects, effects so versatile and quality. If you are oak with the cross fader which I doubt anyone would be for any gene then this would be a good buy.
Now the bad
The fader curves on this mixer especially the cross fader are TERRIBLE and I mean really poor.
The first curve (x) has a prominant quiet dead spot in the middle and the other two has no curve at all, from a few millimetres in bang! the incoming track is fully in, maximum volume with no curve build up and the cross fader basically does nothing until a few millimetres from the other side. Totally totally useless
Now I watch reviews on this and it was mentioned about the fader but in terms of the cutting distance, nothing has been mentioned on the curves. I knew I might need a invader pro 2 of which they mention on Allen and heaths website that it is compatible, THIS IS NOT COMPATIBLE, the correct plug doesn't come in the box of the innofader pro 2. After weeks of emails to innofader, Allen and heath and audio Technika for a module part to suit it I've got nowhere. Sent everything back for a refund. Real shame, hopefully someone reading this with the intention of buying the px5 with the innofader upgrade will think again and save you're time and money.

The build and sound quality is excellent and I am surprised how well they track considering they are the entry level Ortofon Concorde. The new design looks awesome too. Don't hesitate, buy them!

Voor mij een perfecte hoofdtelefoon , klank is fenomenaal als ik bass speel en een uitsekende pasvorm die soepel is aan te passen ook over de oren , Ik heb hem aangesloten op men Fazley Kubo Bass 10 versterkertje , zuivere klank , geen geruis of gekraak . Heel tevreden met deze aankoop .

Had de elementen en naalden besteld van Ortofon. De levering kwam snel binnen en kon snel testen.helaas was een van de naalden niet okee en moest alles retour sturen. Goed en snel geholpen door de helpdesk en na afzienbare tijd eenzelfde setje terug ontvangen welke het erg goed doen.

Als je basgitaar speelt is deze hoofdtelefoon ideaal, maar voor het luisteren naar muziek vind ik hem wat minder, want ik mis de helderheid van het geluid. Er is genoeg bass, maar te weinig helderheid van het geluid.
