The Latin Percussion LP799X-AW Giovanni 12-1/2″ Djembe is an instrument for the discerning percussionist. Based on the traditional African djembe, this model combines a distinctive, clear sound with modern playing capabilities. The three-ply body made of North American ash ensures stable construction and a warm sound. The natural goatskin like skin gives subtle tones and plenty of projection. Thanks to the LP Comfort Curve II rim, you play comfortably, even during longer sessions. The gold-plated hardware adds a stylish touch, and the 3/8-inch tuning keys make accurate tuning easy. Whether you play standing, sitting or in combination with congas, this djembe delivers consistent quality and versatility.
