General
The NS Design NXTa Electric Upright Bass features a compact, 4-string design that comes packed out with a Polar directional piezo system for the option to toggle between actively and passively amplified sound. Designed to ensure ultra-accurate string vibration capture whether you pluck the strings or play with a bow, this advanced pickup system also sets you up with an Arco/Pizzicato switch, allowing you to unleash every last drop of creativity and deliver maximally expressive sound. This slimline double bass comes complete with a gig bag and a stand.
The NXTa Electric Upright Bass: Eye for Detail
All of NS Design's instruments are skilfully built in Czech Republic according to strict standards. This 4-string electric double bass features a maple body and neck, a stunning flamed maple top with a matching headstock, and a satin sunburst finish for added elegance. The NXTa comes pre-strung with D'Addario strings and has been finished with subtle fretboard position markers that make it that bit easier to find the right pitch.
