This pair of Sela SE 276 180 Straw Brushes are like a cross between a set of rods and a set of straw brushes, making them ideal for pulling warm, high-volume sound out of a cajon as well as acoustic drums - especially the hi-hat and snare. While the attack is much less sharp than a set of standard rods, the power and volume still comes up to the level of a set of metal brushes. Able to perform in the studio as well as during quieter acoustic shows, these brushes also come finished with Sela's Pro Rubber Grip handle so you're assured of precision and control.
