Fitted with 30-degree bearing edges that increase the great resonating ability of the wood even more, these shells provide you with a grand, clearly pronounced sound. Not only does this four-piece shell set produce the genuine Gretsch sound, but it looks fantastic too!

The shells of this Renown Maple Satin Black shell set are equipped with ultra-modern hardware, made of die-cast steel. The G1 suspension mount for the mounting of your toms, the G1 ITS lugs and the G1 TR wingnuts add a modern-day touch to the traditionally manufactured shells. The Gretsch Drums RN1-E8246-SB Renown Maple 2013 Satin Black shell set is fitted with Remo USA drumheads, including Remo Emperor batter heads for the toms and a Remo Powerstroke 3 for the bass drum.
