General

Pearl's Export Series drum kits offer excellent value for money. The manufacturer has proven that once again with this Limited Edition, the EXL727/C256 - a 7-piece drum kit with a gorgeous hardware pack. The colour is Matt Satin Black. This configuration consists of two 22 x 18-inch bass drums, a 10 x 7 and a 12 x 8-inch tom, two floor toms of 14 x 14 inches and 16 x 16 inches, and a 14 x 5.5-inch snare.

Characteristics of the Pearl EXL727/C256 Matt Satin Black

This drum kit's 7.5mm-thick shells are made of 6 plies of poplar and Asian mahogany. This combination of wood types provides a deep, rich sound. The 45-degree bearing edges and the triple flanged hoops also contribute to the quality of the sound. These sound properties make it the ideal kit for rock and funk.

Hardware

The included hardware pack consists of robust stands for hi-hat and cymbals, a stand for the snare and a sturdy bass drum pedal. It also includes two tom holders and an HA-130 hi-hat clamp so you can place the hi-hat stand closer to your bass drum.
