Tama VA52KRS-MTA Matte Tamo Ash: Silverstar series
The shells of this VA52KRS are equipped with Tama's Sound Arc hoops. These hoops are based on the vintage stick saver hoops and offer a natural sound with enhanced sensitivity. The toms of this kit have been made more shallow, to really let the sound of the birch shells shine, while the natural finish gives this kit an elegant and timeless appearance. This allowed Tama to combine quality, technology and design, all with an unimaginably sharp price!
Configuration
This gorgeous drum kit consists of a 22-inch bass drum, 10 and 12-inch toms, a 16-inch floor tom and a 14-inch snare drum. The shells of the toms, floor tom and snare drum are 6mm thick and made of six plies of birch. The bass drum, however, is made of 7 plies and is 8mm thick. Additionally, the tom mount is also included with this kit, making it a complete and robust shell set that will keep you drumming for years to come!
