General

The Tama Silverstar Metro Jam VD36MWS-BCB is quite compact, but still offers a great sound with a nice balance between highs, mids and lows. That sound is largely owed to its birch shells (6-ply toms and a 7-ply bass drum), which offer excellent clarity and impressive sustain. This jazz kit comes with a bass drum lift and a tom holder, and it consists of a 16 x 14" bass drum, a 10 x 6.5" tom and a 13 x 11" floor tom in Brushed Charcoal Black.
