Moog's DFAM 'Drummer From Another Mother' is a semi-modular analogue drum synthesizer that lets anyone compile impressive drum sounds and rhythms without any prior knowledge or experience whatsoever. The DFAM is easy to use and is equipped with two oscillators (with square and triangle waveforms), a white noise generator and an external audio input. Sounds can be created using the oscillators and the white noise generator. There's also an 8-step analogue sequencer with pitch and velocity controls for programming dynamically rich sounding beats.

This drum synth can easily be used on its own, but it's also equipped with no fewer than 24 mini jack patch bays that make it clear that it has serious connection possibilities on offer too. The DFAM even comes with 5 high-quality Moog modular patch cables and connecting it to other equipment opens up virtually limitless possibilities. Just imagine connecting a second DFAM or a Mother-32!
