The American Classic 2Bs from Vic Firth are the number one drumstick when it comes to heavier work. Made from highly durable, rich-sounding hickory, these longer-than-average sticks have 16.25 inch length and a meaty 0.630 inch diameter. The medium taper provides excellent balance so you don't have to work so hard for a powerful strike and the wooden, tear-drop tip pulls a full and defined response of the cymbals.
