General

Ahead's drumsticks feature an aluminium core, which means that, unlike regular wooden drum sticks, every Ahead drumstick has the exact same weight and balance. On top of that, they last up to ten times longer.

Ahead JJ1 Speedmetal Alu-Core Drumsticks

The result of precision-alloying, the aluminium core guarantees no more than 1% of variation in weight and balance between sticks. Meanwhile, the built-in VRS (Vibration Reduction System) reduces fatigue so you can drum for longer without dropping the speed. What's also unique about the Ahead JJ1 drumsticks is that the covers, rings and tips can be replaced as needed.

Switch

'Make the switch' is the slogan for the American drum stick company Ahead. Many famous drummers have 'made the switch' already, including:

James Kottak (Scorpions)
Lars Ulrich (Metallica)
Mick Fleetwood (Fleetwood Mac)
Phil Rudd (AC/DC)
Scott Rockenfield (Queensryche)
Tico Torres (Bon Jovi)
Tommy Lee (Mötley Crüe)
Will Champion (Coldplay)

Ahead JJ1 Speedmetal Drumsticks with Aluminium Core

Ahead JJ1 Speedmetal Drumsticks with Aluminium Core

Voorlopig tevreden...
