We have been waiting a while for Tool's new album, but to ease the pain, there is the Vic Firth Danny Carey Nylon, a set of signature drumsticks by Tool's famous drummer. This stick is quite unique, in that at the spot where you hold it, the stick is a bit thinner. This provides extra comfort. Because it does not thinner and thicker abruptly but rather evenly, the stick remains perfectly balanced. The taper is quite short, making it easy to add some extra panache to your playing, and the nylon tips ensure a clear cymbal sound. So the perfect stick for a hefty dose of prog-metal!
