Thanks to the unique tiltable microphone head, it is easy to direct it toward the instrument you wish to amplify. The super-cardioid directional trait of this N/D 468 provides outstanding acoustic isolation of the sound source and helps avoid feedback.
Large voice coil
The Electro Voice N/D 468 has a 50% larger voice coil than comparable microphones, which provides a supple, organic sound that captures the essence of the instrument. Thanks to the neodymium magnet design, the large voice coil is efficient and reacts dynamically to the sound source, making this a very versatile mic.
