If the numbers in the name or the appearance of this microphone seem familiar, that's because it has a lot in common with the Shure model that has been used for applications large and small for years. Unfortunately though, most beginners can't afford a mic such as the SM-58, but the DJM-58 makes an excellent alternative. It is ideal for karaoke, presentations, announcement installations and even just for plain and simple singing. With a weight of 700 grams, it's comfortable to handle, and the thick housing ensures that the internal components are well protected.
