The Proel Eikon EKD9 is a professional dynamic vocal microphone fitted with a floating pickup to reduce any jarring interruptions caused by handling noise, while the super-cardioid response character ducks possible feedback, keeping it to a minimum. For a dynamic microphone, the EKD9 has a surprisingly broad frequency range that spans 50Hz all the way to 19kHz, making it perfect for spoken as well as sung performances. This mic also adds a subtle boost to the high-mids for consistent detail and clarity.
