Get on stage with confidence with the professional dynamic Q8X vocal microphone by Samson. It offers an extremely pure frequency response and a subtle boost around 8 kHz so your voice always cuts through the mix nicely. The Q8X has a supercardioid pickup pattern, which means it won't capture unwanted sounds from either side so you won't have to worry about feedback. Furthermore, the signal is free of hum and noise thanks to a built-in audio transformer. The high maximum sound pressure of 150 dB makes the Q8X suitable for amplifying loud instruments like snare drums and even guitar amps. Last but not least, it comes complete with a microphone clip and pouch.

Samson Q7X & Q8X Microphones: Elegant Workhorses
Wednesday 18 January 2017 By LizanneSamson have given two of their professional dynamic vocal microphones a well-earned upgrade. The Q7X and the Q8X are the successors to the Q7 and Q8, respectively. Both mics have a streamlined design and an improved capsule suspension which makes them even better at preventing handling noise form being captured. The Q8X features an audio transformer that keeps hum and noise to an absolute minimum.
