Fortunately, sE Electronics' V3 dynamic vocal microphone is built to withstand the rigours of life on the road. It's extremely robust thanks to its rugged metal housing and steel grille. Small details like the bevelled edge around the grille to stop if from rolling away show you the kind of detail and thought that went into its design. The V3 has a gold-plated XLR connector for a flawless signal and an internal windshield to prevent the sound of plosives. If you don't like the red windshield, sE Electronics has even included another one in black. The specialised voice coil with cardioid pickup pattern is suitable for instruments as well as vocals and the patented shock mount ensures exceptionally low handling noise. The V3 comes complete with a mic clip, a thread adapter, an extra internal windshield in black and a carrying pouch.

SE Electronics V3 dynamic vocal microphone

Bon micro dans l'ensemble, surtout pour le rapport qualité/prix, bien plus clair et sensible que certaines références célèbres (SM58..). Par contre, le bruit de manipulation est quand même assez présent, donc à conseiller si vous l'utilisez principalement avec un pied. Sinon, pour un micro d'entraînement ou de travail, c'est très bien pour le prix !
