General
sE Electronics' V7 dynamic vocal microphone has been built to withstand the rigours of life on the road and deliver consistently outstanding performance. It's extremely robust thanks to its rugged metal housing and steel grille. Small details like the bevelled edge around the grille to stop if from rolling away show you the kind of detail and thought that went into its design. It has a specialised aluminium voice coil with a super cardioid pickup pattern that is suitable for instruments as well as vocals. There's an internal windshield to prevent the sound of plosives and if you don't like the red one, they've even included another in black. Lastly, the patented shock mount ensures the V7 has exceptionally low handling noise. It comes complete with a mic clip, a thread adapter, an extra internal windshield in black and a carrying pouch.

The sE Electronics V7 is a fantastic mic for singers. It makes your voice sound really clear and natural. It's also great at blocking out background noise from other instruments, so you get less feedback. It's built strong and doesn't make noise when you hold it.

Zeer serieuze concurrent voor Shure SM58 en zelfs Beta58.
Waar de Beta58 wat meer hoog heeft (sparkle) is deze wat warmer. Voor live gebruik soms een pré.

Comparé à un sm58 (v7 beaucoup plus précis et dynamique) un senheiser 835 (V7 beaucoup plus chaud) un EV P80 (V7 un poil plus chaud mais moins de dynamique) au global répond tout à fait à mes attentes !

Super fijne en gedetailleerde micrfoon, super blij mee! Heb hem als aanrader gekregen van mijn zangdocent omdat deze goed past bij een warme stem die niet al te schel is. Daarnaast ligt de microfoon fijn in de hand en kan je door de platte bovenkant makkelijker subtiele zang erdoor krijgen doordat je hem net wat makkelijker dichterbij je mond kan houden.
Verder gebruik ik de microfoon voor optredens solo, tijdens zang en bandlessen en tijdens uitvoeringen met de band, hopelijk volgen er meer muzikale avonturen met deze top microfoon.
