The Carl Martin Acoustic GiG is the result of a simple but brilliant idea: take the quality and simplicity of the beloved Carl Martin Quattro and apply it to an effect pedal for acoustic guitarists. The result is an all-in-one solution that sounds professional, is easy to use and is fully focused on the needs of acoustic players. With Carl Martin's award-winning Compressor/Limiter circuit on board, you effortlessly adjust your dynamics with just two knobs. The vintage-style echo with tap tempo and dotted 8th function adds musical depth to your playing, while the hybrid analogue/digital reverb treats you to warm, sparkling reverb with a touch of modulation at higher settings. The transparent boost gives you up to 15dB of extra volume, ideal for solos without changing your timbre.

Acoustic GiG: everything you need

The tone control is also high-level, with a semi-parametric 3-band EQ copied directly from Carl Martin's famous preamp. This lets you shape your own sound with extreme precision. To control feedback, a phase-shift switch is built in, and for added convenience, the Acoustic GiG features an accurate tuner and a mute switch. On the back you'll find all the connection options you need, including a balanced XLR output with ground lift, an insert-send-return loop (after boost, before EQ), and a 9V DC jack with pass-through to power additional pedals.
