General

This is the DR Strings NMR5-130 Sunbeam Medium to Heavy 45-130 bass string set. This is a long scale nickel-plated wound string set with a round steel core wire intended for 5-string electric bass guitars. The round core provides a warmer vintage base tone and a more flexible playing feel. To have enough warmth in your bass guitar sound and ensure you retain that familiar soft feel for your fret fingers, this DR Strings Sunbeam Medium string set has a roundwound winding wire made of nickel. The string thicknesses range from .045 to .130 for that familiar playing feel on a 5-string electric bass with a just a little tighter low B string.
