General
The strings in this Warwick EMP Coated 38401 M 6 Nickel-Plated Steel 25-135 set are suitable for 6-string electric bass guitar and have medium diameters from .025 to .135 inches. They are made of nickel-plated windings around a hexagonal core wire and sound very nice and full, with a strong midrange and deep lows. The thickest string (B) is taperwound - it is thinner where it crosses the bridge - so it vibrates well and is not too high. All strings in this set were treated with an EMP coating, which protects against dirt and corrosion.
