General

ESP LTD's ORION-4 active bass guitar is a signature model of bass guitarist Orion known from the band Behemoth. It has an active 2-band EQ and Big Split pickups from Nordstrand. Thanks to a push-pull switch incorporated in the volume knob, this active bass guitar can be turned into a passive bass guitar in no time. This allows you to bring many different sounds to life. Its sleek all-black design with no position markers on the fingerboard makes it look inconspicuous but imposing. It does feature Luminlay dots on the side of the neck, which will help you find your way between the frets even in dark environments.

High-quality materials.

The ORION-4's maple neck is firmly anchored to the body thanks to five bolts. The neck has a slim Thin U profile and a silk finish that makes it play very smoothly. The body is made of lightweight and resonant Swamp Ash ash wood and is finished with a sandblasted Black Blast, giving the impressive markings in the wood a powerful look without any bright colours. It comes with a sturdy ESP case that allows you to take this special bass guitar on tour with confidence, too.
