My first Bass, so this isnt exactly a review by a seasoned expert...
I am now very happy with the way it sounds, plays, and looks. Stays in tune fine. Frets aren't too rough.
Three caveats though:
- I wasn't too enamoured of the initial set of strings. Swapped them out for some from a recognised brand name and it now plays rather more nicely.
- The info that it came with was a bit sparse. FYI the four controls are, from neck to bridge: Tone (neck), Volume, Tone (Bridge), Mix (Neck // Bridge).
- The head area has a few minor niggles - you might prefer smaller tuning pegs and to have them all be on the top, rather than having two on the underside, but this is at most a minor quibble.
At the £100 ish price point; 5 stars once the teething troubles are overcome and teh niggles can be ignored. 4 stars for the bass as delivered.

Snel geleverd, stevig en netjes verpakt.
Het instrument ziet er verbazend goed uit, geen naden of kieren, alles recht en glanst als een spiegel.
Geen vlek of vingerafdruk te zien en toch correct gestemd; Is dat nou een 'Baxflex' of spookt het daar..
Het geluid is grandioos; de warme donkere basloop uit Autobahn van Kraftwerk deed het huis dreunen en de tune van Seinfeld klonk nog nooit zo lekker metalig en 'vet'. En dat op z'n standaard snaren!
Heel dik tevreden!!

EEN ECHTE AANRADER
Een prima basgitaar om mee te beginnen. Een goede prijs om te kijken of het wat voor je is. Traploos kun je tussen elementen gaan schakelen waardoor je verschillende typen geluid kunt krijgen.
Het instrument licht comfortabel in de hand weegt niet te zwaar en geeft een prima geluid.
En voor de echte beginners krijg je een cursus van 30 lessen er gratis bij.
Een prima basgitaar om mee te beginnen. Een goede prijs om te kijken of het wat voor je is. Traploos kun je tussen elementen gaan schakelen waardoor je verschillende typen geluid kunt krijgen.

Product ontvangen met een losse knop. De onderste knop draaide vrij rond in de body. Ook vond ik de afwerking van de klep achter op erg slecht. Er zat een hoop wit spul (ik gok lijm) buiten de plak randen. Ook vind ik de verbinding van de hals naar de body erg slecht afgewerkt. Kleur die niet matcht en hout waar wat niet recht is uitgezaagd. Samenvattend dus niet echt onder de indruk van de bouwkwaliteit van deze basgitaar. Inmiddels ter retour aangeboden en dat gaat wel soepel bij bax. Kan een enkel incident zijn geweest maar toch laat het een slechte nasmaak achter voor het merk.

Ik kocht de B-stock gitaar , en was benieuwd naar de kwaliteit en verzending methode...
Nou daar was helemaal niets mis mee, de gitaar als nieuw en heel netjes en en afgeleverd door een goede transporteur.
Hele mooi afwerking en ik hoefde alleen de snaaractie af te stellen naar eigen wens en spelen maar.
Heel makkelijk te spelen en een zeer goed geluid ,doet echt niet onder voor mijn ibanez soundgear van meer als 400 euro .
zeer zeker een aanrader en nog eens een supergaaf ding om te zien ook
