General

Keeping things classic yet lightweight and comfortably formed for the beginner bassist, the Fazley Piranha 4 bass guitar features a solid P-style basswood body and the familiar punch of a split-single coil pickup. The choice of basswood doesn't just reduce the load but lays down a full mid-range and enhanced note definition while the solid bolt-on Canadian maple neck adds a touch of bite. The neck has been roasted, reducing the moisture content in the wood to increase density and prevent warping, which here, combines with a high-grade Graph Tech TUSQ nut to enhance resonance, and since the neck also boasts the lighter feel of a modern C-profile and a set of twenty-one medium-jumbo frets, the playability is also on point. Plugged in, the split-single coil pickup delivers balanced sound that can be tweaked to taste via the fitted tone and volume pots, and so your new four-string can be safely toted to lessons, rehearsals and gigs, it comes pre-wrapped in a form-fitting gig bag.

I bought this for my daughter for Xmas. She plays 6 string normally but I thought she could add this to her collection and try something a bit different.
She loved it and I thought she was going to cry with happiness.
She loves the colour and after plugging into her new bass amp with YouTube on to follow she was away.
It's a solid and excellent quality piece of kit.
Everything feels great and sound brilliant.
Just need to fiddle around and fine tune now.
The sound quality is good, clear and crisp with very little distortion or crackle.
I would definitely purchase from you guys again in the future.

Achetée lors de Black Friday 2025, j´ai reçu la basse il y a une petit semaine, et je dois dire que j´en suis très satisfait malgré deux points détaillés ci-dessous. Rien à lui reprocher en termes de construction et finition, les frets ne dépassent pas sur les côtés, le manche est bien large et super agréable et la basse est vraiment légère et bien équilibrée. Le micro par contre n´est pas du tout isolé ni "humbucker" malgré le fait que ce soit un micro split-coil. Première fois que je vois ça et il faudra prévoir de l´ouvrir pour y mettre du cuivre autocollant. Et la clé allen fournie ne parvient pas à faire tourner le truss rod, elle n´accoche à aucun moment dans le trou et me demande si elle est de la bonne taille ou si la "nut" du "truss rod" (je n´ai pas ce vocabulaire en Français) est bien posée parallèle au manche. Un Youtuber écossais a passé en review pas mal de guitares Fazley et avait remarqué ce défaut sur certains modèles et il est possible que ma basse ai ce défaut. Heureusement que je n´ai pour le moment pas besoin de toucher au truss rod et que ma basse est très bien réglée avec une action bien basse. Franchement, je recommande vivement cet instrument: superbes sensations de jeu, j´adore.

Très très agréablement surpris par cette petite basse....belle finition, une prise en main facile
Achetée pour faire seulement quelques remplacements occasionnels je suis sous le charme...
On se rend compte à quel point maintenant les produits d'entrée de gamme sont devenus de vrais concurrents pour les marques reconnues.
L'essayer c'est l'adopter.
