General
The classic black finished Ibanez GSRM20 miKro is one of the more serious looking models that the miKro series has to offer, and while this is a tight and manageable short-scale bass, it comes with pretty much all of the same potency and potential as a standard bass. The more compact dimensions and reduced length make this the perfect instrument for growing limbs or bassists with a shorter posture, while the tonal profile of the mounted pickups backs up any player with versatile sound.
The Ibanez GSRM20: The Little Noise-Maker
Compared to other miKro series models, the GSMR20 sports a mahogany body that shines gracefully through the finish which combines with chrome-plated hardware, a natural maple neck, jatoba fretboard and black headstock to complete an especially elegant model. In terms of sound, this Ibanez bass has been equipped with a J-style Dynamix single-coil at the bridge and a P-style Dynamix split-coil at the neck for a classic and familiar, PJ configuration. Balance the output of both pickups using the two dedicated volume pots and darken or brighten the overall sound as preferred with the tone pot.
