The C-neck fits comfortably in your hand and plays even smoother thanks to the rounded Edgeless fingerboard. With a slightly flatter fingerboard radius of 9.5 inches and slightly larger medium frets, you can play fast bass lines effortlessly without compromising on feel. In addition, the Marcus Miller Modern-S bridge and Premium Open Gear tuners contribute to stable tuning and excellent intonation.

Want those recognisable, classic P-style sounds, but also the ability to switch to a modern, powerful or jazzy sound? This bass guitar with one more string delivers exactly that flexibility. The Marcus Super-PJ Revolution pickup set provides a characteristic split-coil sound in the middle and a J-style singlecoil at the bridge. Playing in passive mode, you have a traditional tone control at your disposal for extra finetune, while active mode - powered by the Marcus Heritage-3 preamp - engages an 18V preamp for unprecedented modern versatility. The 3-band equaliser and powerful mid sweep let you control this bass sound in detail. Whether you play funk, rock, jazz or pop, the Sire P7 2nd Gen 5-String with 5 extra half notes in the low register always provides you with a solid and versatile bass foundation.
