General

The Squier Sonic Precision Bass offers an affordable introduction to one of the most iconic bass guitars of all time. Originally launched in 1951, the P-Bass has been many-a bassist's go-to since it all began. The slim poplar body of this particular model has not only been loaded with a single passive split-coil for that famed punchy sound, but has been kept lightweight to help beginners get to grips with their first bass lines.

The Sonic Precision Bass: Tried-and-True Playing Comfort

Made under Fender's supervision, this Squier Precision bass is more than comfortable to play, courtesy of a maple neck that comes polished off with a slim C-profile and a non-stick satin-gloss finish. What's more, this Sonic Series offering features twenty narrow tall frets and a 38.1mm-wide nut, which makes the whole thing even harder to put down once you start slinging those bass lines.
