With the Yamaha TRBX 174 OVS electric bass guitar starter kit, you get a complete setup in one go so you can get started straight away. Even advanced players on a tighter budget will find this a reliable workhorse. This TRBX from Yamaha’s modern series combines an alder body for a beautifully balanced foundation with a mahogany neck and Sonokelin (Indian rosewood) fingerboard for a comfortable feel. Two single-coil pickups deliver a transparent, defined sound, with the split single-coil neck pickup providing extra punch without any annoying 50 Hz hum. From pop and rock to funk: you can easily mix the pickups and quickly find your own tone. The set also includes a practice amp, a tuner, an instrument cable, a strap and a stand, so your bass is always ready to play.
