Product information

General

For bassists with a slightly heavier hand, D'Addario present the XT Electric Series bass strings. Able to take a fair beating before they give in, these strings are built to last up to three-times longer. The high-carbon steel core is secured to the ball-ends via D'Addario's own 'fusion twist' to ensure that each string is up to 42% stronger and up to 131% more stable in terms of tuning than standard strings. Each string has also been coated to keep them sounding fresh for longer, and since the coating is ultra-thin, they also retain a smooth and natural playing feel.
