The D'Addario XTB45105 Light Top - Medium Bottom Long-Scale electric bass guitar strings not only offer a tighter feel but enhanced durability and extra strength to handle the most forcefully intense bass lines. In fact, since they're made of tin-plated high-carbon steel and feature special fusion twisted ball-ends, these XT Electric Series bass strings are 131% more stable in terms of tuning than traditional strings and up to 42% stronger than comparable strings. They also last almost three times longer than uncoated strings and, since D'Addario thoughtfully opted for a thinner coating, no compromises were made on sound and feel.
