De laatste 3 jaren zijn alle G-strings van de ECG23 pakjes slechte snaren geweest! Ik heb er al minstens 10 moeten vervangen! Klinken steeds als een sitar en dit op een tiental verschillende gitaren met allemaal verschillende bruggen... Grote productiefout!!!

Wilde flatwound omdat die minder bijgeluiden geven dan de gewone.
Op mijn Fazely met single coil werkt dat ook beter. Heeft idd een wat warmer geluid, al is dat bij rock niet zo belangrijk.
Ik speel graag op wat dunnere snaren, deze ECG 23 zijn daar prima voor.

Nadat ik al vele jaren D'Addario ECG24 snaren heb gebruikt zag ik de aanbieding van de ECG23 , die net iets dunner zijn. Ze bevallen me heel goed wat betreft het spelen en ook het geluid. Ik had ze de volgende dag al in huis!
