This pack of D'Addario NYXL1156 strings has been specifically designed to maintain optimum tension in drop tunings. Tune this hybrid set down, and you'll get the tension, feel and all important control you would get out of a lighter gauge in standard tuning. Due to D'Addario's improved special recipe, the nickelled steel is 6% more magnetic than the average nick wound set of strings. This not only improves the output but boosts the mid-range to punch it clearly through the mix.

D'Addario NYXL Strings: Stable and Reliable

The NYXL strings from D'Addario are produced in New York using an entirely fresh production technique that has since stretched the boundaries of the modest electric guitar string. The high carbon steel that has been used is 20 to 40% stronger than strings of a comparable thickness, giving these strings a much longer life-span and less fear of snapping when the tension is shifted between tunings. This strength also raises the overall tuning stability by an incredible 131% and makes tuning in general a much quicker process.

Uitstekende snaren voor D-tuning, makkelijk te stemmen en behouden goed hun toon. Spelen prettig en klinken heel helder. Een aanrader voor wie een heavy sound wil en geen tijd wil verliezen door eindeloos stemmen.

Heldere snare, dikte is precies goed voor D stemming. Klank is helder maar hoor niet zoveel verschil met normale setje EXL
