General

Part of the Modern Series, Epiphone offer the Les Paul Classic. Inspired by the legendary guitars produced by their mother-company, Gibson, this model brings all that classic LP foundation with a few modern upgrades. This solidbody looks every bit like a Les Paul of '60s vintage but, due weight-relief shaping, has a lighter, less back-breaking body. The fitted SlimTaper neck is also a fresh addition and has a rounded fretboard and fret-ends, elevating the overall playing comfort of this single-cut guitar.

The Les Paul Classic: More Tone and More Tuning Stability

The mounted Epiphone Probuckers don't just give a fat vintage amplified sound but, since the potentiometers on the LP-model also have push/pull functionality, you can even split these pickups for a lighter, single-coil sound. The up-to-date tuners and Graphtech string nut are also worth mention since they combine to greatly enhance tuning stability. The bridge is also a big factor here, especially since the the LockTone tailpiece simply stays in place while re-stringing. This LP-devoted Modern Series guitar also comes at an incredibly reasonable price.

Wrote the following about Epiphone Les Paul Classic Ebony Electric Guitar

Bonne finition, superbe en noir vernis et crème , guitare assez lourde mais ça tout le monde le sais à propos des les Paul , que se soit epiphone ou Gibson . Elle est arrivée très bien protégée dans son emballage . Les micros proposent plusieurs réglages et l’on arrive à changer subtilement le son pour passer de l’acoustique au blues rock et enfin au métal . Pour mon cas je vais juste changer la taille des cordes car elles ne correspondent pas à mon style de jeu
