If you're wondering what makes this model so special, simply check out the arched quilted maple top; the precise finish, the freshly filed frets; the cream-coloured binding around the body and the headstock; and the string-through-body construction and tune-o-matic bridge. These high-end features come at a surprisingly affordable price and complete a guitar that not only drips with exclusive style, but packs great sustain and the ability to support extra-tight rhythm parts.

More Than Just a Metal Axe

Looks are a little deceiving here because the Omen Extreme-6 is definitely no one-trick-pony. Armed with a push/pull tone pot for toggling the voicing of first-class Schecter Diamond Plus pickups, the axe effortlessly stirs up anything from sparkling sounds to 'pushed' cleans, any of which will cut through a dense mix with ease. Also, each humbucker comes with its own volume pot for increased tonal control while, in terms of excellent playing comfort, you're looking at a thinner C-profile maple neck and a 14-inch-radiussed rosewood fretboard furnished with Albalone & Pearloid Vector inlays.
