General
The M-II-7 Ice Blue Metallic is a 7-string electric guitar for guitarists who want extra range without sacrificing the familiar feel of a modern Superstrat. The alder body is combined with a three-piece hard maple neck and an ebony fingerboard, ensuring a direct response and a clear attack. With 24 frets, a scale length of 648 mm and a 48 mm nut width, this guitar is tailored to the extended range of the seventh string. The bolt-on construction and 305 mm fingerboard radius provide a comfortable foundation for fast riffs, chords and soloing. The Ice Blue Metallic finish gives the guitar a fresh, eye-catching look.
M-II-7: extra range for modern riffs
The M-II-7 is fitted with a Seymour Duncan SENTIENT-7 in the neck position and a NAZGÛL-7 at the bridge. This combination is ideal for modern metal: the SENTIENT-7 delivers a warm, defined sound, whilst the NAZGÛL-7 provides a tight attack and powerful output for heavy riffs and low-tuned parts. The Floyd Rose 1000 Series 7-string tremolo offers plenty of scope for expressive tremolo use, whilst the GOTOH SG360-07 MG-T locking tuners help maintain stable tuning. With master volume, master tone and a 3-way pickup selector switch, control remains simple and intuitive.
