General
The M-II-7 Metallic Black Satin is a 7-string guitar designed for guitarists who want to combine extended range with a fast, responsive playing experience. The okoumé body is paired with a three-piece hard maple neck and an ebony fingerboard with 24 frets. The 648 mm scale length and 48 mm-wide nut are tailored to the extra string, whilst the 305 mm radius feels comfortable for both heavy riffs and technical playing. The CD-cut neck joint also ensures comfortable access to the higher frets. The Metallic Black Satin finish gives the guitar a sleek, modern look.
M-II-7: extended range, maximum control
The two ESP Custom Lab CL-P-H-3 humbuckers deliver a powerful, defined tone that really comes into its own in modern metal and other high-gain music styles. The Hipshot fixed bridge with string-through-body design contributes to a direct response and stable string tension, whilst the GOTOH SG360-07 MG-T locking tuners help to maintain a reliable tuning. With a master volume, master tone and 3-way pickup selector switch, the controls remain straightforward, allowing you to switch quickly between different tones.
