General

The LTD TE-406 Black Satin is as beautiful as it is straightforward. This guitar has a beautifully serene finish and a full, warm, intense, powerful sound that is mainly due to its high-quality mahogany body, rosewood fretboard and EMG humbuckers. Its smooth-playing neck is extra slender and features extra-jumbo frets - great for fast chords and solos.

TE-406 Black Satin: powerful output

As mentioned, the body of this guitar is made of mahogany, which is a heavy type of wood that ensures a warm, full tone and great sustain. The LTD TE-406 Black Satin's two EMG pickups produce a balanced sound and high output. The tone of the neck pickup is slightly clearer than that of the bridge pickup. Additionally, you can adjust the overall sound via volume and tone controls in combination with the pickup switch. Thanks to its heavy sound, this guitar is perfect for fans of (hard) rock and metal!
