General

Metal guitarists who have an inclination towards the famous, classic T-type body shape usually have very few models to choose from. It's a good thing then that metal-brand ESP makes the special TE-series, which includes the LTD TE-407 SWS (Snow White Satin). This electric guitar sports the vintage-looking body shape and combines it with an extra bass string and super-even, clear sounds of two active EMG pickups. What's more, its stark white body and headstock, contrasting black hardware and natural-coloured rosewood fretboard make it look very striking indeed.

TE-407: clarity and speed

The TE-407's mahogany body takes full responsibility for its powerful, yet clear tonal base for the sound that its two humbuckers send to your amplifier. The EMG 81-7 and EMG 707 produce a very tight sound, and the 707 ensures that the low B sounds just as clear as the other six strings. Additionally, ESP opted for reliable, accurate Grover machine heads and extra large jumbo frets for smooth string bends. The slender U-profile neck is perfect for quick riffs and dazzling solos.

ESP's LTD guitars

LTD is a subdivision of the renowned ESP brand. Many hard rock and heavy metal guitar players, ranging from amateur to professional to rock legend, own an ESP guitar. ESP offers several series, including a large number of signature models made in collaboration with famous artists. LTD guitars are perfect if a professional instrument is out of your reach just yet. They offer durable quality, a beautiful shape, a tasteful finish and excellent sound at a reasonable price.
