With the Jimi Hendrix Voodoo Child Signature Stratocaster Journeyman Relic, the Fender Custom Shop pays tribute to one of the most legendary guitarists in the history of the known universe. As an affectionate nod to the inverted right-handed Strat (Hendrix was famously left-handed) that not only helped shape his ceaselessly curious approach to playing but helped shaped his approach to song-writing, the Voodoo Child Signature features a flipped lefty-style headstock alongside a right-handed configuration. This ode to the undisputed master comes complete with a deluxe case, strap, and certificate of authenticity.

The Jimi Hendrix Voodoo Child Signature: Throwing it Back to the '60s

The two-piece alder body has been dipped in nitrocellulose lacquer before being given the full Journeyman Relic treatment, gifting this model with the look of a guitar that's already seen decades of touring. The oversized '60s Style reversed headstock tops a maple neck loaded with twenty-one narrow-tall 6105 frets to complete an irresistible level of playability. And, courtesy of a three-piece set of Custom Shop Hand-Wound '69 Strat Single-Coil pickups, this guitar unleashes singing, screaming tone that could very literally kiss the sky.
