General
The Fender Deluxe Roadhouse Stratocaster in Olympic White combines the classic appearance of this famous model with a number of modern features. It has typical 70s-style knobs and a mint-coloured pickguard. The maple neck adds bright definition to a sound that cuts through any mix. Three Vintage Noiseless single-coil pickups deliver a sound that's free of unwanted noise and hum. A relatively flat fretboard with a 12-inch radius makes this model comfortable to play too. The high output pickups mean that this model is suitable for use in a number of genres, including heavier styles of music. In short, this Strat can do it all!
Wide variety of sounds
The built-in preamp is one of the highlights on the Deluxe Roadhouse Strat. It's controlled by the knob in the middle that looks just like a standard tone control. The S-1 switch on the volume control is used to turn the preamp on and off. When it's activated, you'll have access to six different preamp tones, giving you a wide variety of sounds to choose from. When it's turned off, you'll get the classic Strat sound complete with its legendary sparkle.
